Embajador Committee

The Harlingen Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Embajador Committee, consisting of 22 active members, was organized in June of 2003. The purpose of the Embajador Program is to promote and enhance the Hispanic Chamber’s image through community activities, events, benefits and programs of the Chamber.

As official Chamber Representatives the, Embajadores help conduct Ribbon Cuttings, Ground Breakings, serve as greeters at Chamber Mixers, and other special events and participate in membership drives and retention programs.

The Embajadores are a group of invaluable volunteers who make personal contacts with existing members of the Chamber to assess member needs and gain input regarding Chamber activities.
